The idea of this site is to help bring the name of Rolan Bolan to the forefront of the music industry.

Rolan is a rising star who not only bridge's the generation gap between young and older fans, he is also marketable both sides of the Atlantic.

Born in the U.K. the son of Marc Bolan and Gloria Jones. Rolan's father, Marc Bolan, was one of the biggest home grown talents this country has ever produced, he innovated the Glam Rock era in the UK and dominated the music charts during the early 70's. Rolan already has a cult following amongst his father's fans. Rolan's mother is the beautiful American soul singer Gloria Jones who had also written and produced songs for artist on the Motown label. Gloria is also fondly remembered for her time on the Northern Soul scene in the UK Having grown up in the USA from being two years old Rolan has unwittingly forged links between the two countries.

Rolan has obviously been influenced by his parent’s music but not so much as to be an out and out sound alike. His music is very much his own sound, he has described it as "Rock 'n' Soul" which is a very sort after sound at the moment, it is very NOW! The time is right to get behind Rolan and give him our support.

If Rolan were to make the big time tomorrow, it would not be an overnight success; he has been putting in a lot of hard work over the years to get his sound right.

Can you imagine Rolan Bolan on "Top of the Pops" or being courted by MTV? The older Marc Bolan fans amongst us want Rolan to succeed so that they can witness a new age of Bolan. Younger fans want a Bolan that they can connect with.

Don't forget, Rolan has been doing many gigs generating his own fan base.
